After a weekend of indulgences, I was ready to get back to my normal routine. It started with a Monday morning sweat session where I hit the weights hard! Thanks to my trainer not because I am that self motivated.
I was also craving some greens, so stocked up on tons (possibly too many) veggies and salad stuff at the grocery store. After my workout, I immediately made myself some green juice.
Also on my catch up list…cuddle and play time with Cooper!
This little guy just cracks me up! With less than 6 weeks until the Bar and me trying to slip back into the work week, I thought it would be best to keep our meal planning simple this week.
In Clockwise order, you’ve got Monday’s stirfy, Tuesday’s shrimp, and this week’s lunch. Already we have strayed from the original plan and got Portillo’s for dinner tonight. I didn’t really follow any of the recipes exactly, but everything turned out awesome! Especially the casserole! On a funny note…turns out the BOY used the entire jar of pesto on our shrimp. They were strong, but still delicious!
